The term of Database means some organized collection of data. This definition suggests that data have some structure of elements that are stored in the database. But immediately we face the dilemma of  database elements structuring when every change of data structure, including
enhancement and modifying after its design, is painful due to various imposed restrictions, such as methods of data processing and links with other data elements. As a result data become enclosed in a cell, despite being freedom-loving in nature.

As a result data become have fixed structure and cannot comprehensively reflect and be adjusted to real situation that they describe.

Goal of this research is to find solution that allows to solve the problem of fixed database structuring.

Results of this research can be used for logical Artificial Intelligence area, building of business applications and in wide area related to design and transformation of data.
